Paul Lloyd was once a professional criminal and addict for ten years until he became a Christian in 1995 and turned his life around. He was ordained as a minister in Victory Outreach International in 2000, rising to senior pastor of Victory Outreach Manchester in 2003. He is also an international conference speaker. 

Paul is married to Vicky and together they pastor a Church based in Salford, Greater Manchester. They have two wonderful children Lilie and Tomas and a French bulldog called Ronnie. Paul's book 'Leading Broken People' is not an academic piece but a book that has over 20 years worth of experiential knowledge. Paul doesn't simply write about leading broken people, he lives it!
